University not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 23, 2024 (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Capital Prep Trailblazers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Trailblazers: they've now won five in a row.

University's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Capital Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, University and Sports & Medical Sciences Academy will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on the 7th. As for Capital Prep, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Academy of International Studies on the 1st.
