Basketball Game Preview: Allegany Campers vs. Mountain Ridge Miners

The Allegany Campers will challenge the Mountain Ridge Miners at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Monday, Allegany was able to grind out a solid victory over Jefferson, taking the game 51-38.

Meanwhile, Mountain Ridge blew past Chestnut Ridge, posting a 61-34 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Miners.

The victory got Allegany back to even at 1-1. As for Mountain Ridge, their record is now 2-0.

Allegany couldn't quite finish off Mountain Ridge when the teams last played back in March and fell 51-49. Can Allegany avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
