Darrius Gaeta was his usual excellent self, scoring 12 points along with nine rebounds and eight assists. Michael Freeman was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven assists.
Northeast pushed their record up to 14-1 with that victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.4 points per game. As for Paul Robeson, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.
Northeast won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Abraham Lincoln at 3:15 p.m. on January 19th. Abraham Lincoln is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. As for Paul Robeson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Simon Gratz at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Simon Gratz has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 391 points over their last six contests.
