Basketball Game Preview: Clarkston Bantams vs. North Central Wolfpack

The Clarkston Bantams will take on the North Central Wolfpack at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Clarkston is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They strolled past Rogers with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 75-57. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Bantams with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, North Central came up short against West Valley on Tuesday and fell 69-59.

Clarkston's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-6. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.7 points per game. As for North Central, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-4.

Clarkston won a contest that couldn't have been any closer in their previous matchup back in May of 2021, slipping by North Central 61-60. Will Clarkston repeat their success, or does North Central have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
