Softball Recap: Basehor-Linwood Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

Basehor-Linwood waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the West Chargers with a sharp 9-2 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-0 on Tuesday.

Basehor-Linwood pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.6 runs on average this season. As for West, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.
