 Kodiak won the last time they faced Colony, and things went their way  on Friday too. The Kodiak Bears had just enough and edged the Colony Knights out  4-2.
 Kodiak saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Addalina Haagensen, who  went 1-for-1 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 On Colony's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Meghan Schoon, who  went 1-for-1 with a  stolen base and a  double.
 The  win  got Kodiak back to even at 1-1. As for Colony, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
 Kodiak will have some time to savor their  victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Soldotna on April 19th. As for Colony, they will be staying on the road  on Friday to face off against Thunder Mountain at 4:30  p.m. Colony is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 9.7  runs per game this season.
