Volleyball Recap: Big Horn Falls Short Against Ranked Sundance + How To Watch

Big Horn faced Sundance in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Rams came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 3-0. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

While Big Horn ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-17, 25-23.

Leah Phillips paced Big Horn's offense, picking up 17 kills. Phillips got some help from Ava Taylor and her 21 assists.

Karly Marchant was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 13 digs.

Big Horn's defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 27-9. As for Sundance, they are on a roll lately: they've won 20 of their last 22 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Big Horn nor Sundance have any future games scheduled.
