Softball Game Preview: Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders vs. Nativity BVM Green Wave

The Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders will welcome the Nativity BVM Green Wave at 4:30 p.m. Nativity BVM took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Our Lady of Lourdes Regional, who comes in off a win.

Our Lady of Lourdes Regional is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 25-10 margin over Weatherly on Friday. The Red Raiders haven't had any issues with Weatherly recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Our Lady of Lourdes Regional got a massive performance out of Arianna Adams, who went a perfect 5-for-5 with four runs, two stolen bases, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave Adams a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Reaghan Fuller, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, three RBI, and one double.

Our Lady of Lourdes Regional always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .711. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Meanwhile, Nativity BVM lost 22-2 to Tri-Valley on Wednesday.

Nativity BVM saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chloe Covell, who went 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Our Lady of Lourdes Regional's win bumped their record up to 2-10. As for Nativity BVM, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
