Softball Game Preview: Adrian Maples vs. Chelsea Bulldogs

Adrian hasn't had much luck against Chelsea recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Maples will be playing at home against the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. Adrian has given up an average of 8.9 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Adrian's last matchup with Madison could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Thursday. The Maples lost 17-5 to the Trojans. The Maples just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Meanwhile, Chelsea never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They blew past Huron 15-0. That 15 run margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

Chelsea's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Adrian, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.
