Preview: Kennedy Titans vs. Mission San Jose Warriors
The Kennedy Titans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mission San Jose Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kennedy is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
Last Tuesday, Kennedy came up short against American and fell 53-43.
Meanwhile, Mission San Jose had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They snuck past James Logan with a 62-57 win. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Kennedy has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season. As for Mission San Jose, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.
Kennedy strolled past Mission San Jose when the teams last played back in January of 2023 by a score of 63-45. Does Kennedy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Mission San Jose turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
