Volleyball Recap: Huntington Comes Up Short

Huntington saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds.

Kellenberg Memorial got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Julianna Lucie out in front who had nine digs.

Huntington's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Kellenberg Memorial, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Huntington will look to defend their home court on Friday against Newfield at 5:30 p.m. As for Kellenberg Memorial, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Harborfields on the 11th.
