Baseball Recap: Piscataway Takes a Loss

Piscataway lost against Carteret on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Chiefs lost 9-3 to the Ramblers. The Chiefs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Piscataway's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Carteret, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-6.

Coming up, Piscataway will be playing at home against Metuchen at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Chiefs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Carteret, they will head out to take on Kennedy Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The last three games the Mustangs have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
