            Football Recap: West Park Panthers vs. Antelope Titans        
        
		
        
        
            
West Park had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They breezed past the Antelope Titans to the tune of  42-7. The Panthers' offense checked out after the first half but had enough  points banked to take the game anyway.

 Jackson Hanan had an outrageously good game as he threw for 161 yards and three  touchdowns, and also punched in one  score on the ground. What's more,  he racked up seven  rushing yards, the most he's  had since back in October of 2024.  Tanner McSweeney got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.
 West Park didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Antelope to a completion percentage of just 36.4%. The Panthers weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 60.9%.
 West Park didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Ryan Schondelmayer,  McSweeney,  and  Chris Schwartz picked up one apiece. McSweeney got in on the action too, converting a pick  into a touchdown.
West Park now  has a winning record of 4-3. As for Antelope, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
 West Park wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  matchup,  a  38-3  loss against Grant on the 10th. As for Antelope, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  42-8  win against Cordova on the 10th.
