Volleyball Recap: Cromwell Falls Despite Big Games from Emily Franco and Isabella Davis + How To Watch

Cromwell and East Hampton squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Cromwell had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bellringers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bellringers this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-2 defeat back in September.

Isabella Davis and Emily Franco certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Davis had 18 assists and nine digs, while Franco had 12 digs. Davis is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Cromwell's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for East Hampton, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-8.

Cromwell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Hampton, they will face off against Coventry at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
