Volleyball Recap: St. Francis Desales Has No Trouble Against Bard Early College

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Firestone, St. Francis DeSales was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Bard Early College Raptors 3-0.

St. Francis DeSales can attribute much of their success to Majid Strickland, who had 15 digs and one assist.

St. Francis DeSales was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive matchups.

St. Francis DeSales has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-11 record this season. As for Bard Early College, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-2.

St. Francis DeSales wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Briggs on the 30th. As for Bard Early College, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against East Tech on the 28th.
