Softball Recap: Lightridge Bolts vs. Centreville Wildcats
Lightridge put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Centreville Wildcats a 23-0 shutout. The Bolts have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.
Lightridge got a massive performance out of Maya Thaivalappil, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Riley Thomas, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.
