Volleyball Recap: Amber-Pocasset Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Amber-Pocasset kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Altus Bulldogs, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since September 10, 2024.

While Amber-Pocasset was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Altus' winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-11, 25-12.

Coming up, Amber-Pocasset will square off against Hennessey at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Altus, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Del City at 5:00 p.m. on the 25th.
