Episcopal and Landon are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but not for long. The Episcopal Maroon will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Landon Bears at 6:00 p.m. Landon took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Episcopal, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Episcopal was able to grind out a solid win over St. Albans, taking the game 78-67.

Meanwhile, Landon suffered their biggest loss since February 16, 2024 on Friday. They lost 75-49 to Bullis. While losing is never fun, the Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maryland basketball rankings (they are ranked 56th, while the Bulldogs are ranked seventh).

This is the second loss in a row for Landon and nudges their season record down to 11-13. As for Episcopal, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.

Episcopal came up short against Landon when the teams last played two weeks ago, falling 63-57. Can Episcopal avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
