Football Recap: Medford Comes Up Short

Medford was the 38-7 winner over Tomahawk when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders took a 24-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hatchets on Friday. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tomahawk's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jett Reilly, who rushed for 62 yards and one TD, and also threw for 59 yards and one touchdown on only five passes. Rex Reilly helped out on the ground, rushing for 98 yards.

Medford's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Tomahawk, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
