Recap: Iroquois/Lake Preston vs. Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots        
        
		
            
 Iroquois/Lake Preston waltzed into their matchup  Tuesday with three straight wins  but they left with four. They came out on top against Hitchcock-Tulare by a score of  48-36. 48 seems to be a good number for Iroquois/Lake Preston as the  squad scooped up a  win with the same number of  points in their previous game.
 Several Patriots players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Cambree Hoekman, who  scored 14 points. The  match was  Hoekman's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Katelyn Schroeder, who  scored ten points.
 Iroquois/Lake Preston pushed their record up to 5-3 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Hitchcock-Tulare, they are  on a four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-4.
 Iroquois/Lake Preston will head out on the road to face off against Deubrook at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Hitchcock-Tulare, they will look to defend their home court  on Thursday against Northwestern Area at 8:00  p.m.
