Valley faced Waukee in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Warriors. The Tigers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 25-12. As for Waukee, they moved to 16-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.
