Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, McBee couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They lost 3-0 to the Dixie Hornets on Wednesday. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

While McBee was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-10, 25-21.

Defeat or not, McBee got some senior leadership from Emma Goff and Terrwin Kelly. Goff had 22 digs and two aces, while Kelly had 11 digs. Goff has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

McBee's loss dropped their record down to 18-4. As for Dixie, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-7 record this season.

McBee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Dixie has already played their next matchup (against Abbeville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
