After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Boulder Creek, Maryvale was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Skyline Coyotes. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Coyotes: they've now won four in a row.

Maryvale was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13, 23-25, 25-8.

Maryvale's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Skyline, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
