Volleyball Recap: Tolland Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Tolland came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the RHAM Raptors, falling 3-0. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Raptors when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-14, 25-9.

RHAM's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Victoria Ciesla, who had 14 digs. Those 14 digs gave Ciesla a new career-high. Sami DeGray also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Tolland dropped their record down to 3-11 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for RHAM, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-4-1.

Tolland has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against South Windsor on the 10th. As for RHAM, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Glastonbury on the 14th.
