Baseball Game Preview: Greeley Quakers vs. Arlington Admirals

Greeley hasn't had much luck against Arlington recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Quakers are headed away from home for the first time to face off against the Admirals at 4:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Greeley fell victim to Somers and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 12-0 to the Tuskers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Quakers have suffered since May 2, 2024.

Greeley got a good showing from Ben Schulman, who pitched two innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit.

Meanwhile, Arlington came up short against Fox Lane on Wednesday and fell 6-2.

Greeley might still be hurting after the 11-1 loss they got from Arlington in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can the Quakers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
