Tupelo is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lewisburg 48-7. The Golden Wave's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Jaeden Hill and Kylan Bobo. Hill rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns while Bobo rushed for 57 yards and two touchdowns. Hill showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 64 yards.
Tupelo was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 242 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 207 rushing yards in five consecutive matches.
