Westlake won the last time they faced Woodland and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lions walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wolfpack. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Rahme Seman and Kierston George certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Seman had six kills and six digs, while George had four assists.

Westlake's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Westlake wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Commerce on the 9th. As for Woodland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Langston Hughes on the 7th.
