Volleyball Recap: Galva Comes Up Short

Galva was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stark County Rebels. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Galva's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Stark County, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-11 record.

Galva has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against ROWVA/Williamsfield on the 20th. As for Stark County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Mendon Unity on the 20th.
