Basketball Game Preview: Canyon Crest Academy Ravens vs. West Hills Wolf Pack + How To Watch

The Canyon Crest Academy Ravens will be taking part in a tournament against the West Hills Wolf Pack at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Canyon Crest Academy has given up an average of 58.2 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Canyon Crest Academy came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 62-40 to Coronado. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Ravens have suffered since December 26, 2024.

Meanwhile, West Hills posted their closest win since January 28th on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 57-55 victory over Ramona. The win was some much needed relief for the Wolf Pack as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

West Hills found their leader in sophomore Malekai Dillon, who shot 54% from the field en route to 18 points and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for Dillon. Dalex Morris was another key player, putting up 13 points.

West Hills' victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Canyon Crest Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Canyon Crest Academy strolled past West Hills in their previous matchup back in January of 2017 by a score of 58-41. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Ravens since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
