Soccer Recap: Whitman-Hanson Regional Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Whitman-Hanson Regional lost against Bridgewater-Raynham back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell 4-2 to the Trojans. While losing is never fun, Whitman-Hanson Regional can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 232nd, while Bridgewater-Raynham are ranked 44th).

This is the second loss in a row for Whitman-Hanson Regional and nudges their season record down to 3-14. As for Bridgewater-Raynham, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-1-1.

Looking ahead, Whitman-Hanson Regional will be playing in front of their home fans against Silver Lake Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Silver Lake Regional will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each match than the last. As for Bridgewater-Raynham, they will head out on the road to square off against Attleboro at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
