Basketball Recap: Golda Och Academy Comes Up Short

Golda Och Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Nutley Maroon Raiders an easy 60-34 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Golda Och Academy has suffered since December 1, 2023.

Golda Och Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Nutley, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Golda Och Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off.
