Recap: Liguori Academy Falcons vs. Kimberton Waldorf Bulls
There's no place like home for the Liguori Academy Falcons, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They breezed by Kimberton Waldorf at home to the tune of 63-32. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Liguori Academy also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Naiem Scott-Allen had a dynamite game for Liguori Academy, scoring 27 points. Another player making a difference was Jahseer Ferrell, who scored 8 points.
Several Bulls players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Colton Mailey, who scored 11 points. Mailey scored a full 34.4% of Kimberton Waldorf's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of JoJo Da Graca, who scored 7 points.
Liguori Academy's victory bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Kimberton Waldorf, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
Liguori Academy will be playing at home against Thomas A. Edison at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Kimberton Waldorf, they will head out on the road to face off against Pine Forge Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
