Volleyball Recap: Centura Beats Hershey for Their Fifth Straight Win

Centura had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Hershey Panthers.

Centura was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-11, 22-25, 25-23.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Centura to victory, but perhaps none more so than Belle Taukiuvea, who had three aces and one block. Taukiuvea has been hot for a while, having also posted 18 or more assists the last 11 times she's played. Kennedy Davis was another key player, getting 27 kills and one block.

Centura's win bumped their record up to 25-7. As for Hershey, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Centura nor Hershey have any future games scheduled.
