The Albany Falcons will challenge the Amsterdam Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Albany is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Amsterdam ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out Schuylerville 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rams have posted since April 21, 2025.

Amsterdam is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Albany, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.
