Basketball Recap: Wyoming HomeSchool Takes a Loss

Wyoming HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 48-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Algoma Christian Knights. While losing is never fun, the Warrior can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 436th, while the Knights are ranked 214th).

Hudson Lockwood continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Algoma Christian, going 6 of 15 on his way to 17 points in addition to five boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Lockard, who posted eight points along with five assists and four steals.

Wyoming HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Algoma Christian, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Wyoming HomeSchool has already played their next game (against Sacred Heart Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Algoma Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 58-46 victory against Butternut HomeSchoolers on the 23rd.
