            The Madison County Red Raiders will challenge the East Forsyth Broncos at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Madison County will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  points each  matchup than the last.
Madison County is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have   all season. They snuck past Walnut Grove with  a  47-41 victory on Friday. The  win continues a trend for the Red Raiders in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won three in a row.

Madison County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Mead McGinnis led the charge by rushing for 51 yards and two  TDs, while also throwing for 109 yards  on five of 14 attempts. That's the most  rushing yards  McGinnis has posted since back in August. Another rusher making a difference was  Cason Hillsman, who gained 83 total yards.

 Meanwhile,  East Forsyth played a tough  contest  last Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Eastside 42-7. The Broncos were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  28-7.
 East Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Madison County, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
 Madison County was taken down by East Forsyth 42-14 when the teams last played  back in November of 2024. Thankfully for the Red Raiders,  Brock Szakacs (who threw for 176 yards and a pair of  touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes, and also rushed for 63 yards and one  score on only five carries) won't be suiting up this time.
