Dayton Christian came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 57-34 margin over the Yellow Springs Bulldogs. Given the WARRIORS's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 270th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 816th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Dayton Christian's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points over those games. As for Yellow Springs, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.
