Volleyball Recap: Walnut Grove Continues Road Dominance on Thursday

Walnut Grove lost to Eastside back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Warriors came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0.

While Walnut Grove won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 29-27.

Walnut Grove's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-3. As for Eastside, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Walnut Grove and Eastside will both be playing Ola the next time they take the court. The Warriors will head out to face the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
