Volleyball Recap: Five Straight Road Wins for Rocky Mountain + How To Watch

Rocky Mountain hadn't done well against Timberline recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Grizzlies put the hurt on the Wolves with a sharp 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Grizzlies: when they faced off against the Wolves on Saturday, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

While Rocky Mountain won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 25-23.

Rocky Mountain can attribute much of their success to Sophie Tanner, who had 15 digs and three assists.

Rocky Mountain's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-4. As for Timberline, they moved to 6-2 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

After both having extra time off, Rocky Mountain and Borah will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Timberline, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Capital on the 18th.
