Preview: Inderkum Tigers vs. Mountain House Mustangs
Two dominant guards in Jeremiah Butler and Ej Campbell are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Inderkum Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Mountain House Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Inderkum sitting on ten straight victories and Mountain House on 14.
Even though Antelope scored an imposing 66 points on Friday, Inderkum still came out on top. Inderkum managed a 71-66 victory over Antelope. That's two games straight that Inderkum has won by exactly five points.
In what's become a running theme this season, Mountain House gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 87-58 win over Ceres. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Mountain House had established a 22 point advantage.
Mountain House's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jordan Assefa, who scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Coldin Parker, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Inderkum has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. As for Mountain House, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-6.
