Softball Recap: Eagle Point Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Eagle Point's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Crater Comets on Friday. The Eagles have struggled against the Comets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Eagle Point's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Crater, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Eagle Point will take on rival Churchill at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Crater is set to challenge their familiar foe Ashland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
