Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Rockland walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 26-23 victory over the Challis Vikings on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Rockland had a senior duo take command as Alexa Permann posted seven points and 11 boards and Calyn Permann had 11 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. The dominant performance also gave Alexa a new career-high in blocks (two).

Rockland smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in ten consecutive matchups.

Rockland's win bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Challis, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-7.

As of now, neither Rockland nor Challis have any future games scheduled.
