Fairfield Christian Academy had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against the South Bulldogs by a score of 66-56. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 55-33 loss the last time these two teams met.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Emani Tynes-Clardy, who posted 19 points and six steals. Tynes-Clardy is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last ten games she's played. Ke'Sia Williams was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 17 boards.

Fairfield Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 16-4. As for South, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-10.

Fairfield Christian Academy has already played their next game, a 63-45 victory against Bishop Rosecrans on the 10th. As for South, they will head out on the road to square off against Whitehall-Yearling at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Whitehall-Yearling is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.5 points per game this season.
