Demopolis has gone  a perfect 3-0 against Sipsey Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Friday. The Tigers will head out to  challenge the Bears  at 7:00  p.m. Demopolis is coming into the  game hot, having won their last four games.
While Demopolis'  victory against Shelby County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers narrowly escaped with a  win as the  team sidled past the Wildcats  29-27.
  Fred Aldridge had an outrageously good game as he picked up 72 receiving yards and three  touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jw McAlpine, who threw for 114 yards and three  TDs while completing 72.7% of his passes.
Meanwhile,  Sipsey Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their  three-game winning streak on Friday. They were  outmatched by Northside and fell  55-7. The  matchup marked the Bears' lowest-scoring  contest so far this season.
 Demopolis will have to keep a close watch on  Isaiah Bennett and  Trent Cole, a pair of players who had a big impact on Sipsey Valley's prior game. Bennett rushed for 110 yards, while  Cole picked up 109 receiving yards and one  score.
 Sipsey Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Demopolis, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
 Demopolis took their  win against Sipsey Valley  in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024 by a conclusive  35-14 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
