Basketball Recap: Sunnyside Christian Extends Home Winning Streak to Three

Sunnyside Christian won the last time they faced Riverside Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The Sunnyside Christian Knights walked away with a 71-61 victory over the Riverside Christian Crusaders. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Several Crusaders players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Micah Morgan, who went 6-for-15 en route to 15 points. Micah Rivera was another key player, going 5-for-6 to rack up 13 points.

Sunnyside Christian's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-8. As for Riverside Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 13-10.
