Palestine came tearing into Friday's match with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy Eagles 8-1. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by five goals or more this season.

Palestine pushed their record up to 12-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five contests. As for Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
