Volleyball Recap: Kate Bookout Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Stuart W. Cramer + How To Watch

Cherryville won the last time they faced Stuart W. Cramer and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Ironmen came out on top against the Storm by a score of 3-1.

The victory didn't come easy: Stuart W. Cramer scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 26-24, 17-25, 25-18, 25-23.

Cherryville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kate Bookout, who had nine digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Bookout a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Camryn Shirley, who had 16 digs and two assists.

They weren't the only good servers: Cherryville was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They are 9-3 when they serve at least ten aces.

Cherryville's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Stuart W. Cramer, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 12-7.
