If Bowsher wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lima Senior, they should've done a better job of containing Alisandra Vanmeter. The Spartans put the hurt on the BlueRacers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday with plenty of help from Vanmeter, who had 18 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Lima Senior is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. As for Bowsher, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 5-13 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lima Senior will welcome Continental at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Bowsher, after both having extra time off, they and Rogers will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
