Recap: Armwood Hawks vs. King Lions

The Armwood Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 25 points or more this season. They took their contest at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 51-14 victory over King. The win was just what Armwood needed coming off of a 76-46 loss in their prior contest.

Armwood's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Amaya Richardson led the charge by scoring ten points along with five steals. Richardson hasn't dropped below two steals for ten straight games. Another player making a difference was Mya Ankers, who scored 12 points.

Armwood pushed their record up to 9-6 with that win, which was their third straight at home. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 46 points. As for King, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
