Basketball Recap: Fort Jennings Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Fort Jennings was not quite Jefferson's equal in the second half on Saturday. The match between them and the Jefferson Wildcats didn't end well, with the Fort Jennings Musketeers falling 43-26. The Musketeers haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Fort Jennings' defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Jefferson, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Jennings has already played their next contest (against Lincolnview), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Jefferson will face off against Miller City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
